The Trust Center includes a Subprocessors tab that lists third-party vendors that process data on customers' behalf. Manage subprocessors directly on this tab; no document upload is required. Subprocessors with Show in Trust Center turned on appear to anyone who visits the Trust Center.

Add a subprocessor.

To add a subprocessor:

  1. Select Due Diligence > Trust Center.

  2. Select the Subprocessors tab.

  3. Select Add subprocessor.

  4. In Vendor, type the vendor's name, then select it from the results.

  5. Select a Category.

  6. Add a Description of up to 1,000 characters.

  7. Turn Show in Trust Center on or off.

  8. Select Save.

Note: Vendors are pulled from Vendor Management. The Vendor list will appear empty until a name is typed.

Note: Save will stay disabled until a Category is selected.

Edit a subprocessor.

To edit a subprocessor:

  1. Select Due Diligence > Trust Center.

  2. Select the Subprocessors tab.

  3. Select the subprocessor.

  4. Confirm a Category is selected, then make the change.

  5. Select Save.

Remove a subprocessor.

To remove a subprocessor:

  1. Select Due Diligence > Trust Center.

  2. Select the Subprocessors tab.

  3. Select Delete on the subprocessor.

  4. Select Discard changes and exit to reveal the confirmation, then confirm the removal.

Tip: To hide a subprocessor without removing it, turn off Show in Trust Center. When no subprocessors are visible, the Subprocessors tab will not appear on the public Trust Center.
