Your Trust Center Has Two URLs.
Your Thoropass Trust Center has two URLs, and it's important to know which one to share externally.
Your internal admin URL (app.thoropass.com/trust-center) is where you manage your Trust Center settings, documents, and access requests. This URL requires a Thoropass login — your customers cannot use it to view your Trust Center
Your public Trust Center URL is the custom domain you configure in the platform. This is the URL your customers will visit to view your compliance information.
Finding Your Public Trust Center URL.
To find or update your public Trust Center domain:
Go to Due Diligence > Trust Center
Select the Settings tab
Your configured domain is listed here
If Your Custom Domain Isn't Set Up.
If you haven't configured a custom domain, make the following a numbered list to be consistent with the top section
Your Trust Center is not publicly accessible. Visitors will not be able to reach it until the custom domain is configured and DNS has finished propagating.
Tip: Before sharing your Trust Center URL with customers, visit it in an incognito or private browser to confirm it loads correctly.
What Your Customers See.
When a customer visits your Trust Center URL, they will see compliance documents, certifications, and other information you've made public. If your Trust Center requires access approval, visitors will see a Request Access button to submit a request.
