This article addresses some Frequently Asked Questions about the Trust Center.

1. Unable to access the Trust Center.

There are a couple of reasons why the Trust Center may not be accessible after setup.

  • The DNS configuration was not configured correctly.

    (Please refer to the Help Center article 'How to Set Up Your Custom Trust Center Domain,' pay close attention to step 3).

  • Some DNS providers can take up to 48 hours to update.

2. The Trust Center has stopped working.

The most likely reason is that the SSL certificate has expired.

  • This is caused by the ACME record being modified or missing.

  • Check your CNAME record to ensure that nothing has been changed.

3. How to verify that your DNS is published and public.

We recommend using https://www.whatsmydns.net/ to verify that the Trust Center configuration is correct.

  • This involves verifying the internet accessibility of both CNAME and ACME challenge values.
