Using a Proxy DNS for Trust Center Setup

Learn more about setting up the Trust Center using a proxy service.

If you are :

  • Using the same web address as your live production website and

  • Utilizing a data service like CloudFlare as a proxy;

You may run into the following issues with your Trust Center setup:

  • The proxy service may cause the Trust Center to fail / continue spinning and not complete the setup.
    ​

  • The setup may be complete, but attempting to access the Trust Center results in a 'permissions denied' error.
