Why am I unable to attach evidence to Guidelines?

Guidelines behave differently from old action items. They are connected to to your Evidence Requests (ER's) which form part of your audit.

The following image may appear in your Thoropass org (see below reasons):

  1. If you have recently completed your Audit, there are no ER's to attach Evidence to. This is expected behavior.
    ​

  2. If you have just started your audit journey and an audit has not been added to your organization (the Guidelines will not have any ERs to attach Evidence to) .

Note: We will be adding audits to all organizations by the end of November. This will enable users to begin working on their audits at any stage of their audit journey.

What if a Guideline does not apply to my Audit?

You can mark a Guideline as not applicable; this has not changed from action item:

Clicking the ellipsis will show the dropdown menu to mark the Guideline as N/A.

Note: All Recurring Tasks linked to the Guideline will be turned off.
