If a flagged monitor is causing a control to have the status Needs Attention, be aware that fixing that flagged monitor will not immediately update the control status to Healthy.
Control statuses are updated every 12 hours, and for monitors associated with controls, we advise that you wait up to 48 hours for both updates to be visible in the application.
A monitor with the status of No Data does not trigger the Needs Attention control status. No Data is not necessarily a fail state for that monitor.
