Before you connect your Bamboo HR instance, create a Non-Employee User account.
Create the Non-Employee account.
Log into your BambooHR dashboard.
Click Settings (top right).
Click on Access Levels and then Full Admin.
Click on the Gear icon and select Add a Non-Employee BambooHR User.
Fill in the following information:
First name — Thoropass
Last name — Support
Email — payroll@thoropass.com
Access Level — Full Admin
Click Save.
How to Connect:
Click New Connection.
Enter a name to identify the account configuration.
Once the account is created, please reconfigure the connection in Thoropass.
Choose the option to Authenticate through BambooHR.
5. Enter the ‘subdomain’ from your BambooHR instance.
(E.g. If the BambooHR URL is thoropass.bamboohr.com your subdomain
will be 'thoropass').
6. After clicking Connect you will be redirected to login to your Bamboo HR instance.
