ADP Workforce Now connection should be automated if you are signing in as an admin. If your account does not have the required permissions to create the service account, you'll be prompted to create an account manually.

There are some specific Thoropass specific steps however that are required:
When on step to create the Thoropass service account you will see instructions with First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address and Phone number.
