There are some specific Thoropass specific steps however that are required:
When on step to create the Thoropass service account you will see instructions with First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address and Phone number.
Use These Values:
First Name: Thoropass
Last Name: Support
E-mail Address: payroll@thoropass.com
Phone number: 9177173974
