How to reset your password

Can't remember your password? Quickly reset it using the instructions below.

To reset your Thoropass password:

  1. Go to the Thoropass app login page.

  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.

  3. When prompted for your password, instead select Forgot your password?

  4. Enter your email address again to confirm and select Continue.

  5. You'll receive an email containing a verification code.

    1. Note: Password reset verification codes expire after 24 hours.

  6. In the app, enter in the verification code you received and enter in your new password.

  7. Select Create New Password to finish resetting your password.
