How do I turn on Track Changes?

  1. Select Policies from the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Choose a policy.

  3. In the policy editor, click Collaboration on the toolbar.

  4. Select Track Changes.

  5. Decide whether you want Track Changes enabled for everyone or just yourself.

Note: If you are using the Global Policy workflow, only Approvers can enable Track Changes.

Why do I still see Track Changes markups after publishing a policy?

  • Before publishing a policy, check that all changes have been accepted or rejected.

  • If changes are not resolved, the markups will remain visible after the document is published.

How to accept all changes

  1. From the policy editor, select Collaboration.

  2. Choose Accept Changes or Reject Changes.

Once all changes are accepted or rejected, all markups will disappear from the document.

Note: If changes are not accepted or rejected before publishing, the markups will carry over to the published document and may cause versioning issues.
