Below is an overview of the access approval and denial process for the Trust Center.
Submitting a Request
Users submit an access request through your Trust Center domain.
(e.g. trust.thoropass.ai)The request must include:
Company Name
Company Domain (e.g.
@acme.com)User Email
Approval Notification
Once the request is submitted, the user indicated in:
Access > Settings > Contact Email section will be notified.They can approve or deny the request.
Post-Approval
If the request is approved, the user may be required to sign an NDA (depending on your Trust Center configuration).
Subsequent Requests from the Same Company domain
If other users from the same company / domain submit access requests, you will not receive new notifications.
This is because access is managed on a per-company or per-domain basis, not per individual.
Denied Requests
Users will not receive a notification if their access request is denied.
