Below is an overview of the access approval and denial process for the Trust Center.

  1. Submitting a Request

    • Users submit an access request through your Trust Center domain.
      (e.g. trust.thoropass.ai)

    • The request must include:

      • Company Name

      • Company Domain (e.g. @acme.com)

      • User Email

  2. Approval Notification

    • Once the request is submitted, the user indicated in:
Access > Settings > Contact Email section will be notified.

    • They can approve or deny the request.

  3. Post-Approval

    • If the request is approved, the user may be required to sign an NDA (depending on your Trust Center configuration).

  4. Subsequent Requests from the Same Company domain

    • If other users from the same company / domain submit access requests, you will not receive new notifications.

This is because access is managed on a per-company or per-domain basis, not per individual.

  5. Denied Requests

    • Users will not receive a notification if their access request is denied.
