Background Check Reports for a Sample of New Hires
For each new hire sampled, provide a completed and redacted background check report.
The evidence should demonstrate the:
Name of employee
Date background check was initiated
Date background check was completed
You don't need to provide the entire background check report, just enough of the document to demonstrate completion (e.g., a redacted cover page).
