How to add Users to the Thoropass platform

Add Admins, Contributors, Viewers, Viewers, Salespersons and more.

  1. Log in to the Thoropass App.

  2. In the navigation bar, select Settings, Users.

  3. Select Add Users.

  4. Enter the user's details including:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. Email address

    4. Thoropass Permission level.
      (all fields are required). ​

  5. Click on Send Invite to email the Thoropass invitation to the user.

  6. You can also Bulk Invite multiple users using our .xlsx spreadsheet template. To learn more about bulk inviting, see How to bulk invite users.
