What is it?

The AI Helpbot is an Intercom-powered application, which is trained on our knowledge base and framework / regulation materials. Its purpose is to help our customers get answers to their most common questions quickly.

What can it help me with?

Customers typically use the Assistant to:

  • Clarify Thoropass workflows and best practices

  • Understand compliance framework requirements (SOC, PCI, HITRUST, etc.)

Think of it as an always-available copilot β€” not a replacement for your auditor or CSM.

Getting started

The AI Helpbot is default enabled for all customers. You can access it by clicking the ? icon in the top navigation.

Tip: You can also open the bot with a cmd/ctrl + K keyboard shortcut!

Examples of questions it can answer

  • How do I change the domain of my trust center?

  • Where can I find my background check control?

  • How do I offboard an employee?

  • Can you access my audit evidence?

  • Does Thoropass have a Trust Center?

  • Can Thoropass support multiple frameworks?

  • What is audit evidence?

  • What is ISO 27001?

  • What is SOC 2?

  • Where do I access Thoropass help site?

  • Where can I find Thoropass policies?

  • What integrations does Thoropass offer?

  • How do I upload evidence in the platform?

  • I just got access to the platform. What should I do first?

Security & data handling

Please reference this article for in-depth review. The AI Helpbot does NOT have access to any company or personal data.

Notice any big problems?

This is an experimental bot, which means it can be incorrect at times. We have dedicated resources reviewing all negative feedback to fine tune the bot.

How to turn it off

If you'd like to disable the AI Helpbot, it can be done at the entire account level only. Please inform your CSM or submit a service request ticket and it can be disabled.
