Understanding Beta Integrations

Beta integrations are early-access integrations that Thoropass is actively testing with a small number of customers.

You can connect and use beta integrations directly in the app, but they may require additional coordination if you plan to use the data as audit evidence.

What is a beta integration?

A beta integration is an integration that:

  • Has limited customer adoption

  • Is still being refined and improved

  • May not yet support all standard audit workflows

Beta integrations allow you to connect additional tools to Thoropass earlier, while we continue to validate and enhance the experience.

Using beta integration data for audits

If you want to use evidence from a beta integration in an audit, additional review may be required.

Before submitting beta integration evidence for an audit:

  • Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM)

  • Plan ahead so the Thoropass team can review the data with you, if needed

This advance coordination helps ensure the evidence is accurate and ready for auditor review.

When should you contact your CSM?

You should contact your CSM if:

  • You plan to submit beta integration data as audit evidence

  • You’re unsure whether a beta integration meets your audit requirements

  • You have questions about audit readiness or auditor expectations

You do not need to contact your CSM just to connect or use a beta integration in the app.

Important considerations

  • Beta integrations may change as we continue to improve them.

  • Some features or evidence workflows may be limited compared to fully released integrations.

  • Not all beta integration data may be immediately audit-ready without review.
