Available soon to early adopters currently attaching evidence to audits. Coming soon to all Thoropass users.
⚠️ Currently, this feature is in development but coming soon in the next couple weeks!
Use Confluence page labels to make your Confluence documents available as connected evidence in Thoropass. Labels also allow you to use optional mapping codes so your pages appear in the Recommended Evidence tab during an audit.
You apply labels directly on each Confluence page from the page details panel.
Before you begin
Your organization must complete the Confluence integration in Thoropass.
Thoropass reads only pages that:
are stored in the Confluence space selected during integration, and
include the required thoropasssync label.
Mapping codes are optional but recommended if you want pages to show as Recommended Evidence in the correct evidence requests.
To label a Confluence page
Open the Confluence page you want to make available to Thoropass.
In the top-right of the page, select the floating ••• menu.
Select Show details.
The Details panel opens on the right side of the page.In the Labels section, select + and add the required label:
thoropasssync
(This label makes the page visible to Thoropass.)(Optional) Add one or more mapping code labels.
These labels make the page appear as Recommended Evidence.
Important label formatting rules in Confluence
Confluence labels cannot contain spaces.
Labels are automatically converted to a dash-separated format.
Mapping codes copied from Thoropass are already formatted correctly for Confluence.
Example:
Google/Microsoft label:
Risk Assessment - PolicyConfluence label version:
risk-assessment-policy
Always copy Confluence-formatted mapping codes directly from Thoropass using Document Sync Integrations → View Mapping Codes.
To use mapping codes with Connected Documents
Open your audit in Thoropass.
Hover over Document Sync Integrations in the top-right corner.
Select View Mapping Codes.
Select the Confluence tab.
Use Copy Confluence Mapping Codes.
These codes are preformatted to match Confluence’s label restrictions.Add one or more of these codes (as labels) to your page along with the required thoropasssync label.
Mapping codes are optional.
If you only apply thoropasssync, the page will appear in Connected Documents but not in Recommended Evidence.
