The Automated Evidence Details page gives you a centralized view of all active compliance monitors in your workspace.

Navigation & Layout

The automated evidence page is divided into three primary sections:

  1. Enable, Watch and Context Menu

  2. Status and Re-Run Function

  3. Right Panel or Drawer: Overview, Related, and Logic Tabs

  4. Filter and Main Table + Actions

Let’s break these down:


Enable, Watch, and Context Menu

  • Enable Toggle: This allows you to enable or disable this monitor or collector.. If this system is not in scope for your compliance program or you do not use it, you can safely disable it.

  • Watch/Un-watch: You may watch or un-watch this automated evidence. Watching will give you email alerts for this monitor or collector.

  • Context Menu: From the context menu, you can export this automated evidence to XLSX or view the status history of this particular monitor or collector.

Status Row and Re-Run Function

  • Status: The current status of this automated evidence. For status definitions, see here.

  • Re-run button: Re-run the monitor or collector to fetch fresh data.

Overview, Related, and Logic Tabs

  • Overview tab: All details about this monitor or collector, including remediation instructions for monitors.

  • Related tab: All evidence requests and controls related to this automated evidence.

  • Logic tab: Displays the logic that powers this automated evidence.

Filter and Main Table + Actions

  • Filter:

    • For monitors, you can see violations only, or see all results.

    • For collectors, you can see all evidence.

    • Exclusions: Any assets excluded.

    • Auto-exclusions: Any assets auto-excluded.

  • Actions:
    (Click on the checkbox for at least one record to see this panel)

    • Exclude: Exclude: Exclude a single record from the table. You can set compensating controls or control justifications to exclude it. This will be visible to your auditor, and for monitors, exclusions will change the status from “Violations Found” to Healthy.

    • Fix Violations: For some monitors, this link will take you directly to either the exact asset that required remediation or a relevant resource from your vendor.
