How do I give users access?
There are two methods for accessing the Trust Center.
Create a group and invite guests.
Log in to Thoropass.
Select Due Diligence.
Click Trust Center.
Click Access Group.
Name the group.
Set permissions.
Invite group via email.
2. Respond to a request (email, direct contact, from your website, etc.)
When someone requests access, they will indicate if they are a :
Prospective customer
Current user.
From the Access tab within Thoropass, you can:
Approve
Deny
Assign them to an existing group.
